Continuing Airworthiness Engineer (m/w)

For our team at our Office in Salzburg we are looking for a
Continuing Airworthiness Engineer (m/w)
Your main tasks:
- Continuing airworthiness management tasks on our fleet of ATR turboprop aircraft and support of the maintenance Line Stations
- Reviewing of aircraft technical logs for technical defects and their timely rectification
- Monitoring and assessment of airworthiness directives
- Evaluation of manufacture service bulletins and instructions
- Reviewing of the documentation of aircraft modification and repair projects
- Reviewing of reliability programme and analysis
- Reviewing of manufacturer publication revisions and preparation maintenance programme changes
- Maintaining and updating the aircraft status in maintenance planning software
- Planning and managing maintenance work orders for Line & Base Maintenance
- Communication with inhouse or contracted line and base maintenance organisation and review of project process concerning pending and completed work orders
- Leading and documenting meetings during inhouse or contracted Line and Base Maintenance projects from the start to the end
- Onsite Base Maintenance project supervision
- Checking and archiving aircraft and component airworthiness records
Your qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in aircraft systems and/or engineering
- Interested in aviation regulations, compliance, technical manuals, aircraft maintenance programmes and directives
- CAMO experience of at least 2-3 years, or EASA Part 66 Licence holder, or holder of an aeronautical degree
- Effective usage of IT systems
- Strong MS Office and database user skills
- Highly Interested to work digitally
- Fluent language skills in English written and spoken, German language skills are an asset
- Accurate working style
- Good communication skills in writing and verbally in a technical environment
- Experience or training in aviation technical administration or aviation engineering are an asset
- Database and Power BI skills are an asset
- EU citizenship or existing EU working permit is a requirement
